Is my deposit nonrefundable?

Yes, your $777 deposit is nonrefundable. I know that can feel like a lot up front, so let me explain why. The second you book, I'm putting real money down on your behalf. Lodgings at Waimea Plantation Cottages and Ho'olei Villas at Grand Wailea get real money down, our group activities get held, and the planning machine starts running. Those commitments aren't refundable to me, which means I can't make them refundable to you.

Think of your deposit as your spot officially saved and your name locked into this experience. It's what lets me confidently say "you're in" and start building the magic around you. If you ever need to step away after booking, this is exactly where travel insurance comes in, which is why I recommend it so strongly (more on that below).

when is the full payment due?

Your final balance is due 70ish days before we depart, so that puts your last payment on February 18th, 2027. You don't have to wait until then, though. A lot of women love spreading payments out over the months leading up, and you're welcome to chip away at your balance anytime you want between now and that final due date.

I'll send reminders so nothing sneaks up on you, and you'll always know exactly where you stand. The only hard rule is that your balance needs to be paid in full by the 90-day mark, because that's when I'm settling up with all our suppliers and locking everything in for good.

DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?

You're not required to buy it, but I highly, highly recommend it, and here's the honest truth about why. I'm able to cancel this trip for any reason if I ever needed to. You don't have that same protection unless you buy travel insurance that gives it to you. Without it, your deposit and payments are at risk, and if something comes up between now and our departure, that money could be gone.

With the right policy, you're covered for things like trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies while we're traveling, and lost or delayed baggage. The piece I really want you to pay attention to is "cancel for any reason" coverage, because that's what gives you the same flexibility I have. Plans like that typically run around $300, which is a small price to protect a vacation you've invested real money and dreams into.

DO I NEED TO BE ATHLETIC OR YOUNG TO GO ON THIS TRIP?

Nope, not at all. This trip is built for women of every age and fitness level, and you get to choose your own adventure. Some of our activities are active, like hiking Waimea Canyon or kayaking and snorkeling, and others are pure relaxation, like our farewell beach picnic or soaking up the views.

You're never required to do anything that doesn't feel good in your body. If you want to push yourself, the opportunities are there. If you want to take it easy and savor the slow moments, that's beautiful too. This is open to any woman 21 and up, and I've found the magic of a trip like this comes from the mix of women who show up. The only thing you really need is a sense of adventure and a willingness to say yes to a little magic. Come exactly as you are.

Do I have to rent a car?

Nope, not required. I've got your airport transfers covered on both islands, and all of our group activities include transportation, so you'll never be stranded or stuck figuring out how to get around. Show up, and I'll handle getting you where you need to be. Plenty of women on this trip won't rent a car and won't miss it one bit.

That said, a rental is a great option if you want the freedom to explore on your own during downtime, grab coffee off-property, or chase a quiet sunset on your free day. And here's the perk: if you and your roommate split a car, I'll take $222 off your trip. If you were leaning that way anyway, you're getting rewarded for it, and splitting it two ways makes it easy on the wallet. Going solo? You still get the discount for just you at $333. Car or no car, you'll have a full, rich week either way.
